Progress report 8/17

Weighed myself yesterday. I've lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks since starting to eat right and work out. Also, I'm starting to see some definition. My heart rate isn't maxing out at 180 on the treadmill anymore and I'm not sweating quite as much. Looks like my body is responding well.

I've been mixing in the elliptical machine a few days a week too and let me tell you, this thing is really killin' me. My glutes feel like someone kicked me! I love it!

As far as eating goes, I've been doing the grazing thing. I eat a lot, I just steer clear of the bad things for the most part.
